How long will my IN STOCK order take to get to me?

In Stock Orders which are placed (and payment cleared) before 3.00pm weekdays are despatched that day (except weekends and public holidays).

Please allow 1-3 working days for New Zealand delivery. Rural Deliveries may take longer.

Orders will usually arrive overnight from the day we send out, especially in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. However we cannot guarantee this, as it depends on your local courier driver. Please allow 1-3 working days.

We ship out your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment (except weekends and public holidays). We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped and provide your tracking number.

Our stock is located in our Waikato warehouse. All orders are securely wrapped.

How long will a pre order take to get to me?

Time wise this can vary from 5 business days to as much as 14 business days. Once your payment has been processed we will order it from Cross RC in Hong Kong. Shipment will either be with DHL or Fedex. An email will be sent with your orders tracking number.

Model Railway orders maybe much quicker. Peco products generally will arrive to your door in NZ within 3-4 days. Intermountain Railway between 5-10 days but probably quicker. Bachmann products within 6 business days.

Can you send to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept PO Boxes.

I am overseas, can you ship to me?
Yes we are now just starting to ship internationally. Please enquire for rates as this is a work in progress.

Where is my tracking number?
We usually send out tracking numbers usually by 6pm, on the day we send your order out.

How do I track my order?
After we send your order, we email you a notification saying your order has been despatched.

Look for the link in that email. Once clicked you will be taken to the NZ Post website where you are able to add your tracking number. Here you will see where your package is.

Most orders arrive within 1-2 working days. If you have not received our tracking email please first check your junk mail folder.

Be sure that you are checking the same email address that you made the order with. If you still haven't received the tracking email, please contact us.

My tracking number doesn't work?
Please note tracking numbers will not work on the NZ Post, DHL or Fedex website until the courier has picked up your package. So if we have emailed your tracking number during the day (i.e. 1pm) please wait until 6pm for NZ Post (slightly longer for DHL and Fedex) to check your tracking. If your tracking number does not seem to work, please contact us.
